ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS: PLEASE CONTACT YOUR EXPECTED AIRLINE TO CONFIRM THEY WILL TRANSPORT YOUR BICYLE AS PART OF YOUR LUGGAGE.
By bringing your bike to the race, you assure to ride a bike in the right size, with the components that you prefer. You may transport your bike in a travel case, and the lowest budget (free) option for a bike carton is visiting your local bike shop and picking up a carton box from a bike sale they’ve just made. Please consider everything needed to protect your bike during transportation.
Packing your bike can be very easy! Elite developed a light, convenient bike case that has made traveling with a bike easier than ever. Here is a video we made packing the Elite Borson soft case. It requires the least amount of assembly, but high amount of protection. youtube.com/watch?v=L6tE7Uwg2b4

We recommend that you get your bike fully tuned up & new tires put on 2 weeks before raceday. You’re spending countless hours training your body, then also put in some time to prepare your bike. There is no worse feeling than getting a mechanical in the race and standing on the side of the road while other riders are passing you by.
